18TH ANNUAL ALLSTON BRIGHTON ETHNIC FESTIVAL TO BE CELEBRATED!

Join the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC) and 1,000 residents on Saturday, June 17, 2000 at the 18th annual Allston Brighton Ethnic Festival, held from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the front plaza of the Jackson-Mann Community School, 500 Cambridge Street, Union Square, Allston.  Admission is free, open to the public and wheelchair accessible. The rain date is Saturday, June 24 (same time).  All proceeds benefit the Allston Brighton CDC’s work to strengthen the community.

The festival will feature food, music, and crafts from around the world. There will be Children’s activities, an art contest, authentic cuisine from international community restaurants and live performances from Edwin Pabon y Su Orquestra, Jahmala, Mamadou Diop and the Jolole Band among other local ethnic artists!  Come celebrate Allston Brighton’s diversity!
