6/5/98 President Lunches on Bigelow St. Today President Clinton, on his way to speaking at MIT graduation stopped by Joe Kennedy's house on Bigelow Street in Oak Square for lunch. Joining the President were Senator Ted Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, Michael Kennedy Smith, and of course Congressman Joe Kennedy. Neighbors reported that security and media turnout were "impressive" and a general carnival air prevailed as the President and Kennedy clan posed for pictures on Joe's porch.
